My name is Tetiana, and I'm an international student in Canada. Prior to my education abroad, I was looking for a professional English tutor who would take me to the C1/C2 level. After many language platforms, recommendations, and trial lessons, I finally met Dave. Lucky me, because just after a few classes, my English speaking and writing skills have improved dramatically. Dave is an incredible professor who can explain the most complicated grammatical questions simply and clearly. His lessons are engaging, fun, and super informative. I highly recommend working with Dave if you're planning to take your English to the next level.

I moved to USA 1 year ago. I hadn't learned English with native teacher before my moving. I was surprised with his experience with Russian students before. It was good point for me. I started lessons for 4 months ago, and I noticed that I have leveled-up. I feel more comfortable with English speakers now. I recommended Dave's lessons to my friends, who want to lean English because, it's will be faster and more interesting with Dave. If you are looking for a native English speaker, Dave is perfect candidate for that.

I've been studying with Dave for almost two years. Initially, I asked him to improve my general English and help me prepare for upcoming job interviews since I was planning to move abroad. Needless to say how essential his impact on my success was. I feel more confident now speaking English on any topic and succeeded in my job-seeking process in the UK because of resume & interview preparation with Dave. I love David's approach to teaching and his attention to detail. Even though I've reached my initial goals, there's always a space to become better, so we are still continually improving and polishing my language. David earns my highest recommendations.

Classes with DaviŠ² improved my English a lot. Thanks to his extensive experience of working with Russian students, he understands well the difficulties of learning English for Russian-speaking students. For half a year of classes, I improved my level from B1 to B2. Also, on my recommendation, two of my colleagues also began to study with him. Classes are held in a relaxed atmosphere, David loves to joke and laugh. We studied both grammar and speaking, and I finally understood how tenses work in English. Highly recommend David as an English teacher, it's fun and extremely helpful.

I've been studying with Dave for just under a year, and I can say that he is the best English teacher-mentor I've ever met. English with Dave is a clear structure, lots of lively communication and a comfortable pace of language learning. Dave has a rich professional background and a very good sense of humor - this makes our lessons and communication always interesting and topic-rich. Every lesson has a structure and all the notes are in a Google document, which is very convenient. You can go back to the notes in your spare time and work on mistakes or new material which was in the lessons. Grammar with Dave is not difficult. Explanations of rules are not complicated, and there are a lot of practical examples. And of course the human qualities of the teacher are very important. Dave is always attentive and the atmosphere in the class is friendly without stressful pauses like in normal lessons! Dave is one of my best discoveries of 2021.
