About Teaching Opportunities

Thank you for considering teaching with Just Say It English. The goal of Just Say It English is to provide students with high-quality English lessons through professions who take teaching English seriously. Being a small site, we are looking for a few good teachers that can help us grow in the future. By joining us, you will be at the ground level of what we hope will be a successful endeavor. 

Over the next six months, Just Say It English will be conducting an intensive marketing campaign to try to bring as many high-quality students to the website as possible. Therefore, we want to provide them with high-quality teachers. 

Teacher Benefits and Compensation

Unlike other faceless websites like Italki, teachers at Just Say It English will be able to easily contact administrators regarding any questions that they have. Therefore, if you have any questions, you will only be an email away.

Lesson rates for teachers will be negotiated between Just Say It English and the teacher. We intend to provide the highest rate possible. For each lesson, Just Say It English will take a 15% commission, paying each teacher 85% of the lesson rate. 

Teachers will be paid twice every month (1st and 15th of the month) through PayPal. Stripe will probably be available to teachers in the very near future. Therefore, we can only accept teachers who can receive money through these platforms.

Teachers are not technically employed by Just Say It English, thus are considered freelance workers. However, all students that are received through Just Say It English needed to be booked through your Just Say It English account. Any teacher who takes any students off the Just Say It English platform will have their contract immediately terminated and removed from the platform.

IMPORTANT: We are currently looking for:

  1. Teachers who speak Russian or Ukrainian. While we will accept applications from teachers who speak other languages, our current marketing targets are toward those who speak Russian or Ukrainian.
  2. Individuals who have the ability to receive payment through PayPal.
  3. Teachers need to prove their English level and teaching competency through an interview process.
  4. Teachers MUST have a good internet connection and able to use Zoom for their lessons. Teachers must also have an account with Zoom that allows them to have lessons beyond 45 minutes.
